As a Magistrate, he has worked to ensure county roads are properly maintained, law enforcement is adequately funded to keep communities safe, and essential county services are delivered effectively to families across Pendleton County.
As Judge Executive, Rick is committed to working tirelessly on behalf of county residents. His priorities include expanding workforce housing opportunities, protecting family farms, and serving as a strong advocate for collaboration among Pendleton County’s cities and rural communities. He believes residents should feel proud of where they live and confident in the direction of their local government.

Rick lives in Falmouth, where he raised his three daughters. He served nearly a decade on the Falmouth City Council before joining the Pendleton County Fiscal Court as Magistrate for District 4. Professionally, he has spent his career in the service industry, working directly with Pendleton County residents—experience that continues to shape his practical, people-first approach to leadership.
